HIREN GHELANI- WHOLE-TIME DIRECTOR

Mr. Hiren Ghelani, aged 41 years, is the Whole Time Director of the Company. He is a promoter
of the company. He has completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saurashtra
University and Masters of Commerce from Mumbai University. He has 23 years of experience in
capital markets, networking, resource allocation, team building and identifying new business
opportunities. Being a key member, he is involved in formulating and implementing strategies that
add value to the business and enhance the overall shareholders value. He is also a director in
Florens Framing Pvt Ltd, Prosperity Securities Pvt Ltd and NH Time Investments Research Pvt
Ltd.
